Hold Your Own Fundraising Event for the Walk for Muscular Dystrophy!

Help raise funds for your Walk for Muscular Dystrophy by holding your own fundraising event before the Walk!

Old favourites that are always a crowd pleaser are Bake Sales, BBQs, holding a Fundraising Dinner and serving a Pancake Breakfast. Let's face it, any event that serves food is bound to be successful!

If you want to take a more creative approach, try some unique fundraising activities like selling coffee, water, juice, etc. at your Kid's Soccer Game or holding a Yoga Class in a local park. You could also have a Handy-Man Job Bank where you can help friends, family and neighbours with yard clean-up or minor repairs around the house.

And of course, people are always willing to give to see a friend or family member Shave their Head or get a Pie in the Face! Just remember, hair grows back and pie tastes good!

The fundraising possibilities are endless! So register for the Walk for Muscular Dystrophy near you and hold your own event to help support Muscular Dystrophy Canada's continued efforts.
